• Commission:

For Rentals, It will be equivalent to a half of one month’s rent.

For Sales, It will be equivalent to five percent of purchase price.

 

It is paid upon signature of lease agreement or purchase agreement.

 

• Visit fee:

 A client pays visit fee equal to 10,000 Rwf per each visit day.  In a visit day, a client can visit one or many properties available for viewing.  Visit fee is not transport fee.

If a client is not free to pay Visit fee each day, a client pays commitment fee/retainer equal to 50,000 Rwf only once. Note that when a client has paid this fee, and he finds interesting property advert from another agent, he simply contact us and We cooperate with that agent to put that property on list of property to be visited by a client. Hence a client won’t pay other fee to visit a property from other agents and also saves the time.

 

• Transport:

The transport means are covered  by a client to visit properties. Briefly, Client picks up our agent to visit places and drop him after visit. If client chooses to meet our agent at a certain place, the client covers all transport means spent by our agent to meet a client. the same if the client does not drop our agent.

We can use our car to visit properties by cost.
