The monthly leaseback is $400 for studio, $600 for One bedroom Apartment, $800 for Two-bedroom Apartment and $1000 for Three-bedroom apartment.
The apartments are within close proximity to the Kigali Free Zone and 5 minutes driving distance away from the Kigali International Airport. The location has a premier connectivity to transportation, with a main road in the front, accessible by public transport.
